The Turner Family Welcomes You

East Street Farm has been in the Turner family for over 100 years. Alfred John Rashly Turner bought East Street Farm in the early 1900’s and started off farming dairy Frisian cows and pigs. There have been many modifications over the years.

Farming has had its ups and down and diversification is one way that farms can stay alive. We hope to improve and add to the farm over the coming years.

Nigel Turner regrettably decided to give up milking dairy cows in 2015.  Although we do not have animals ourselves you may see some cows around the farm from other local farmers. You may even be lucky enough to experience the hay making.

We still have our 3 cats, Gizmo, Smudge and Lily as well as our adopted little friend Patch (or Oreo as some guests have named him).
